Who are Romania's lawmakers?

The parliament of Romania propose and vote the laws; unfortunately the parliament is composed from incompetent persons, political clientele, enemies of the Romanian people, thieves, etc. Many laws are incorrect, stupid, aberrations, etc.

These laws are checked by Consiliul Legislativ(Legislative Council) but this institution has only a decorative and advisory role.

There is an Upper Chamber - the Senate, and a Lower Chamber - the Chamber of Deputies.
