Mary Magdalene, Mary (mother of James), and Mary Salome visited the empty tomb.

In Matthew 27:61 it is written "Mary Magdalene and the other Mary were sitting there opposite the tomb." The other Mary here is named in Mark 16:1 and Matthew 27:56 as the mother of James and Joseph.

If you use the Mark 16:1 account then the third women is Salome who is called Mary Salome in the Catholic Encyclopedia and probably identical with the mother of the sons of Zebedee (James and John) in Matthew 27:56.

Who is Nicodemus from The Bible?

Nicodemus was a cautious Pharisee who displayed faith in Jesus, but didn't want to be seen with Him. "...the same came to Jesus by night..." (John 3:2). During the arrest of Jesus, Nicodemus was only one who seeing unlawful treatment had to remind the others of a fair hearing under the law (John 7:45-52). In fact, we are informed that it was "two Pharisees," Joseph of Arimathaea and Nicodemus, who laid Jesus in the tomb (Joseph's own unused tomb). "Later, Joseph of Arimathea asked Pilate for the body of Jesus. Now Joseph was a disciple of Jesus, but secretly because he feared the Jewish leaders. With Pilate's permission, he came and took the body away. He was accompanied by Nicodemus, the man who earlier had visited Jesus at night. Nicodemus brought a mixture of myrrh and aloes, about seventy-five pounds. Taking Jesus' body, the two of them wrapped it, with the spices, in strips of linen. This was in accordance with Jewish burial customs. At the place where Jesus was crucified, there was a garden, and in the garden a new tomb, in which no one had ever been laid. Because it was the Jewish day of Preparation and since the tomb was nearby, they laid Jesus there." (John 19:38-42) "...there came a rich man of Arimathaea, named Joseph, who also himself was Jesus' disciple: he went to Pilate, and begged the body of Jesus. Then Pilate commanded the body to be delivered. And when Joseph had taken the body, he wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, and laid it in his own tomb, which he had hewn out in the rock: and he rolled a great stone to the door of the sepulchre, and departed." (Matt.27:57-60) These separate accounts speak of the same event, both omitting some details that the other provides. Matthew informs us that the tomb was Joseph's, and makes it sound like he buried Jesus alone. John, on the other hand, doesn't mention whose tomb it was... but tells us that Nicodemus assisted Joseph.

What are the proofs that support Christ ressurection in the new testament?

The empty tomb is implied in the early tradition of the church. Paul gives an example of an early creed in 1Cor 15:3-7 which states Jesus was buried and rose again. Women were the discoverers of Jesus' empty tomb. Considering women in first century Palestine were low on the social ladder this is significant. Any legendary account would most likely have had male disciples discovering the empty tomb. This adds to the historicity of the account rather that its legendary status. The disciples were witnesses to the fact of the resurrection, look at Peters speech at Pentecost-- 'we are witnesses of the fact'. Nobody claimed that the tomb still contained Jesus' body. The burial / resurrection accounts in the gospels were written early after the events so are not subject legendary corruption.

How many times did Jesus visit Galilee?

Jesus is considered a resident of Galilee. Jesus grew up and was raised in Nazareth with his parents, which is part of the Galilee area. Later Jesus concentrated his 3-year ministry in and around Capernaum (Peter's home town), which is in the Northern part of Galilee.Matthew 21:11, the crowds identified Jesus as "This is Jesus, the prophet from Nazareth in Galilee".Likewise, in Matthew 26:69 the servant girl said to Peter "You also were with Jesus of Galilee".

Did Jesus have siblings or were they step siblings or cousins?

The Bible makes it clear that Jesus had siblings. Joseph knew not his wife (in the biblical way of consummating the marriage) until she had her firstborn Son. Compare Matthew 1:25, with Genesis 4:1 for a quick example. The Jews said, "Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him." Mark 6:3 There were 3 Marys that came to the tomb of Jesus. These Marys were, Mary Magdalene, Joanna, and Mary Jesus' mother right? Luke 24:10 shows that His mother was the mother of James agreeing with Mark 6:3. In John, we see Jesus had a confrontation with His brethren, John 7:5. The Vatican does not want to spread the truth about Jesus' mother so worship is directed to her. many shrines need to be pulled down and money lost if people found out Jesus' mother is not a virgin queen of heaven.

What is the exact number of wise men that went to visit Jesus?

If Jesus was in the tomb 3 days and 3 nights where does Good Friday come from?

Jesus was dead for three days, as follows. Jesus died on the cross on Good Friday (day 1), He was dead in the tomb on Saturday (day 2) and Sunday (day 3). He arose from the grave on Sunday (day 3). Christians refer to the day of Jesus' death as Good Friday and the day of His resurrection as Easter. The day of Christ's death is referred to as Good Friday because through the pain, and horror of His sacrificial death on the cross came our salvation.

Jesus's tomb was safely secured by a very large and heavy stone. The killers of Jesus wanted to secure the body of Jesus because they didn't want anyone to steal his body. ( this is the info I have gotten/ can remember from the bible)

What is the 'swoon theory' in the Bible?

There isn't one. The Bible is very specific that it was Jesus who was Crucified, Died, and Buried in the Tomb for 3 full days and nights. Then it was Jesus who was Resurrected and after 40 days, ascended to His Father and our Father.
