A continuation from an earlier series simply titled Justice League, the main difference within the series is while as the Justice Leauge stayed true to only having the main leaguers (Superman, Batman, Flash, Wonder Woman, Hawk Girl etc) Justice League Unlimted allowed every (almost every) hero within the DC Universe (or Mulitiverse in some cases) to be part of the league this ranged from other heavy hitters such as Aquaman and Green Arrow to be in the show along with other lesser known heroes such as the Question or Captian Atom.
