In my opinion there are no specific seven Catholic Angels as such. The most famous 3 angels that are often found in the Holy Scripture are the Angels, St. Michael, St. Gabriel, and St. Raphael. But I do need to mention that there are 9 Choirs of Angels. They are as follows: 1. Seraphim- highest order or choir of angels 2. Cherubim- highest in the nine hierarchies or choirs of angels 3. Thrones- Angels of pure Humility, Peace and Submisssion 4. Dominions- Angels of Leadership 5. Virtues- Angels of the Spirits of Motion and control the elements 6. Powers- Warrior Angels against evil defending the cosmos and humans 7. Archangels- generally taken to mean "chief or leading angel", they are the most frequently mentioned throughout The Bible 8.
