Sacajawea and Susan B Anthony are the only women to appear as the primary portrait on a US circulating coin.
Helen Keller also appears on the reverse side of Alabama state quarter but hers isn't considered to be the main portrait.

Anthony on $1 coins from 1979-81 and 1999 Sacagawea on $1 coins starting in 2000 Helen Keller on Alabama State Quarters issued in 2003 Martha Washington also appeared on two forms of currency, a coin, and a paper bill(which she is the only female in American history to appear on paper currency).
These coins are called Sacajawea dollars because they depict the Native American woman by that name who guided part of the Lewis and Clark expedition. Remember, the coins aren't really gold, just brass.
