It really depends. Are you just doing it for employment or under probation?
If for a job, I'm fairly certain no one arrests you, but you won't get the job, that's for sure!
If you're under probation/parole, then the PO will take a urine sample and test you right there. If your're clean, you'll be fine. If you're dirty, they have a uniformed officer take you away right then and there.
