Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) believe that Jesus Christ will appear in secret at Adam-ondi-Ahman, a valley in Missouri, prior to his public appearance at the Mount of Olives in Israel.
This secret appearence in Missouri will be held so that the prophets from throughout the ages can return their priesthood keys to Jesus. It will be unknown to the general public and to most members of the Mormon church.
Christianity believes that Jesus Christ, whom they consider to be the Messiah, has already come to Earth. This belief is rooted in the New Testament of the Bible, where Jesus is depicted as fulfilling the role of the promised savior.
Islam believes Jesus Christ was only a prophet, not the Messiah. So the answer is: Christianity, which teaches that Jesus Christ is the Messiah, and is coming back, the hope of all Christians.Another Answer:Both do but only Christianity believes Jesus will return as the King of kings. Some branches of Islam teach that Jesus will return to earth not as King or Lord of lords as the Bible teaches, but rather to accompany their 'mahdi' - the Islamic messiah, and to convert the world, including Christianity, to Islam by force.
There are no reliable source that supports an exact day of Jesus' return.
Jesus will return according to His Father's commandment... when He tells Him it's time... and as KING of kings, and LORD of lords over all the earth, as recorded in the Bible. Not as Mahdi's "second lieutenant."
I assume you mean return, and by that you mean, When did Jesus return to earth after his Ascension. The answer is, he hasn't yet. Jesus will come back in the last days of the Earth, and when he comes, you won't be able to miss it (see Revelation 19:11-16) If you mean, what day did Jesus return after his death, he rose 3 days after his crucifixion which was a Sunday.
Jesus will return to this earth and his return will herald the approach of the final countdown to the Day of Judgement. As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man [Matthew 24:37]
The number period 66,666 yrs I believe is just an estimate. Only GOD knows when "JESUS" will return to Earth.
Jesus lists the events that must happen first before he can return. After those have been fulfilled, then He will return. You can find these events in the book of Matthew in the New Testament.
The bible says nobody knows the time or day when Jesus will return, mot even Jesus knows the day or time. Only God knows it.
Jesus was already born so we are just waiting for him to return to earth that doesn't necessarily mean that he will be born again.
Christians believe that God sent his son Jesus down to Earth in man form.
Although the two are used interchangeably, they are NOT the same thing. A believer is one who believes Jesus came to earth in bodily form, lived a pure life without fault, and died for the sins of everyone. A born again Christian believes the same things, but has accepted Jesus' forgiveness for their sins and has dedicated their life to following Jesus and His teachings. The difference is that one can believe all of this to be true about Jesus, yet not accept Jesus or His teachings. A satanist, for example, believes in Jesus and His teachings, but has decided to commit their life to satan.
