The top weight that you should get to is probably 158 lbs, because of your height. You may still be growing, though, and that would affect that number. I'm going to guess that you are not asking so that you can become a fat person; you just want to weigh more. The answer is to strength train. Cardio will make you lose weight and it's pretty clear that you want to add muscle mass. You can do the standard exercises that use your body weight or you can start going to the gym to use the machines there. Either way, you can definitely get a high protein diet and figure out how to bulk up.
