Answer 1
No one created Allah. Allah is the Creator Himself! He has no beginning nor end. Allah created the very first man on Earth 'Adam' and He is to create the last one as well. The concept of God although changes over the years as monothiestic religious cultures tend to change and replace new ones over the years. Thereby meaning the very first man worshiped Allah the one and only Creator of Heavens and Earth similarly believers worship today.
Answer 2
According to Islamic Theology, God (in Arabic Allah) has no beginning nor end and this assumed from Q: 112:3 (He does not beget nor is begotten.) and Q: 2:255 (Allah - there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of [all] existence...) As a result, the question "Who created God" is a nonsensical question. Something which is infinite by definition has no creation or initial point in time.
According to Secular Sociology, Allah was a Pre-Islamic concept derived possibily from the combination of the words "Al" meaning "The" and "Illah" meaning "Deity" or from Elohim translated into Arabic as Allahuma and then truncated over time. Polytheistic Arabs had a place for Allah as the Supreme God (much the same way that Ancient Greeks had a place for Zeus as a Supreme God). Islam just took the step of removing the rest of the pantheon and dedicating worship and belief in Allah alone. So, the creation of Allah as concept is about 2000 years old.
