Answer AThe terrorist which proclaim they are Muslims but they are not human because, in any religion there this no killing of children and women these people kill everyone even themselves just for money. Answer BNo body decided that Muslims need to kill non Muslims. In quran it is stated that no compuslion in religion. read in history to know that Muslims in wars never killed non Muslim civilians, women, children. Check in histor when Muslims got contro; of Spain or Egypt or Iraq, or Iran or any where else. You find that they spread justice and peace and not killed anyone just for being non Muslims. It is the biased media that propagates these false issues as facts.

Terrorists are exceptions of the above and they kill Muslims and non Muslims (even if they are Muslims) just for political reasons and not for religious reasons. You find terrorists from all religions and from all nationalities. Refer to related question below.
