Credit reports are just public information, or shared financial information. They only report history. They will provide the reporting service to any customer that purchases it. They provide reports for whatever period the customer wants to purchase. The standard report will show an BK for 10 years.

A BK, as a matter of public federal court record is actually avaiable theough many means for much longer.
