He was unpopular with his subjects as he took a lot of money away from the people of England. His Tax Collectors, Empson and Dudley were also unpopular due to their tactics of getting more money. All were greedy. Only after Henry VII died in 1509, his son, Henry VIII executed Empson and Dudley which made the people of England happy again.
Henry the 8th hated being told what to do, he disliked his wifes because oly one gave him a son which didnt make him happy.

He feared dying without a male heir above everything. But after his son Edward VI was born, he feared uprising and rebellion. He was very paranoid in his last years. He feared that those closest to him where not trustworthy so he had most of them executed.
Rather than disliking he tended to be bad tempered and temperamental.
At one point he must have hated Anne Boleyn, Thomas More, Thomas Wosely, Thomas Cromwell, Cathrine Parr and a great many others he sent to be executed. Although he did regret More and Cromwell's deaths after they'd happened.
He disliked doing joustig after he had his injury because it was caused by jousting. He had a head injury and a very very bad Leah injury.
