You shouldn't email anybody. I would suggest you go to the vet. If they live with another Gerbil then I would strongly suggest that you separate them as they may have been fighting and the injury was caused from that. The ear will not continuously bleed as it should clot, but it may be that he/she is scratching it. So try to distract them with food, so the wound can at least scab over.
