Richard Markgraf founded spinosaurus skelleton on 1912 but it was bombarded by allies forces in munik and skelleton was totaly destroyed,thats why we dont know over spinosaurus so much
The type species of Spinosaurus is Spinosaurus aegypticus, and it is known from fossils found in Egypt. The other possible species is Spinosaurus maroccanus, and it is known from teeth found in Morocco.

Richard Markgraf discovered a partial skeleton of Spinosaurus at the Bahariya Formation in Egypt in 1912. Since then, Spinosaurus fossils have been found not only in Egypt but also in Morocco.
No nests or eggs of Spinosaurus have ever been found. Thus, it is impossible for us to know whether Spinosaurus even took care of its young at all. If they did, we definitely don't know how they took care of their young.

The biggest Tyrannosaur was Spinosaurus. It wasn't apart of the Tyrannodae family it was part of the spinodae but it was so fierce that it was a Tyrannosaurus. The spinosaurus is so big that when he attacks he needs to duck down!
No Spinosaurus eggs or nests have ever been found. However, it is safe to say that Spinosaurus, like all other dinosaurs, would have hatched from a hard shelled egg, like a bird. Whether their parents took care of them or they were immediately independent is unknown.
