Only the President or a state Governor can order when and for how long the American flag is to be flown at half-staff on government property.
the president
In the United States the flags are flown half-staff by order of the President for any amount of time he wishes. However by law 30 days after the death of a current or former president and 10 for vice presidents.
Signal code flags are flown (dressing ship) on National Holidays, at regattas and other special occasions. There is a prescribed order in which the signal flags are to be flown, beginning at the bow rail, up to the masthead (truck) and then down to the stern. (Sailboats or ships with a mast). AB2, Uj1, KE3, GH6, IV5, FL4, DM7, PO Third Repeater, RN First Repeater, ST0 (zero) CX9, WQ8, ZY Second Repeater. And don't forget the Yacht Ensign or American flag at the stern. This is taken directly from Chapmans. Hope this helps.
Officially (i.e. per the state), a total of six flags have flown over Texas. Going in order, they are: Spain, France, Mexico, the Republic of Texas, the Confederate States of America, and the United States. In reality, a total of nine flags have flown over Texas. The ones that tend to get left out are: 7. The First Republic of Texas (1819). It was established by adventurers from the U.S. with the capital in Nacogdoches. It has no connection with the 1836-1845 republic. 8. The Republic of Fredonia (1826-1827) based in East Texas with the capital at Nacogdoches. It has no connection with the Republic of Freedonia in the Marx Brother's movie "Duck Soup". 9. The Republic of the Rio Grande (1840) based in South Texas and Northern Mexico with the capital at Laredo.
meatshit
If you are in your own country...your flag is on the left as you look at the flags. If you are hosting a foreign country, their flag would be the first on the right (as you look at the flags)..then alphabetical from there on.
Impossible to know unless you provide the exact order in which you collected the other 97 flags.
Both countries flags have the same horizontal colors: yellow, blue and red, in the same order
There really isn't a limit. However many will fit is okay. The bigger challenge is making sure you are flying them in the correct order. Most places will limit it to three, the US flag on the top, the state flag below it and then a company or organizational flag below that.

In order to get to Six Flags on the MTA bus you first need to contact your local MTA office and find out if any buses go there. If there is not a bus that travels to Six Flags, you will not be able to get there.
First it is raised and then it is lowered. short and simple.
If you are asking about military flags (flags of the US Armed Forces), they are displayed from left to right as viewed by the viewer in the order in which the service came into existence. That would be: Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, and last Coast Guard.
