All Christian denominations believe that The Bible is the inspired Word of God, and is therefore highly regarded. However, Jehovah's Witnesses use primarily the New World Translation (although they do also use others) but almost all Christian Denominations regard this translation (as do the vast majority of Bible scholars and theologians) as warped, mistranslated and skewed to the Jehovah's Witness' belief. Jehovah's Witnesses will always say that they have the monopoly on the truth, regarding all Christian denominations as false, and the Trinity as the deceptive work of Satan. No Christian denomination will accept this, and whilst there are many differences between Christian denominations, all hold the Bible - as correctly translated (such as the KJV, NIV, Good News, Jerusalem Bible etc) - as the Word of God and therefore containing all truth necesary for salvation.

According to the Bible, "God's Word is truth" (see John chapter 17 verse 17); therefore anything that comes from God is, by definition, truth.
Jesus said, speaking of himself that he was the "way the truth and the light", so as God's spokesman, Jesus represents the truth. Anyone that sticks to the above can claim have 'the truth'.
Obviously, unless there are some religions out there that claim some merit in having "the lie" all religions claim that they are worshiping God acceptably according to the criteria in God's Word; whether they are or not, is for the first poster (and all honest-hearted persons) to determine for themselves.
