When Juliet takes the poison given to her by Friar Lawrence her family holds a funeral for her. When no one is in the church mourning over Juliet, Romeo decides to pay her a visit. He talks and gives a big speech then decides to take some poison that he bought from a man. He drinks it and then Juliet wakes up, takes Romeo's dagger and stabs herself and bleeds to death. In the movie with Leonardo diCaprio, they changed it from the play and had her take Romeo's gun and shoot herself in the head.
Romeo tells Tybalt that he loves him before the fight goes down because not even a day before he had wed Juliet. Tybalt being Juliet's cousin would make Tybalt now his family. This is why Romeo says that he loves him. As back then loving your family was important.

I think becuase romeos father and juliets father were from diffeent kingdoms? and romeos parents and uncles had caused a big mashup with juliets family by killing one of their brothers or something. and theyve always had conflicts. like that
