I am not so sure if it is Inspiration... I would rather ascribe it to Deceit on the part of church leadership in not revealing what the church truly stands for ( which is opposition to God's authority).
The church claims to have authority to change the law of God and that in fact they have done so by moving the Lord's Day (day of worship) from the seventh day to the first day of the week.
God also says "Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven images ....... Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them nor serve them... " Exodus 20:4-5
The church promotes bowing to graven images in direct contradiction to God's law.
In John14:6 Jesus himself says "I am the way the truth and the life: no man cometh unto the father but by me". There is no mention of Mary here, but the Catholic church teaches that we have to go through the virgin Mary in order to be saved which is in direct conflict with what Jesus Himself said thus challenging the Authority of God.
God Almighty is supreme. His authority cannot be challenged without dire consequences. AMEN.
The pope for Roman Catholics (Catholics who attend mass in the Latin rite), as well as for Catholics of the Byzantine Catholic Church, the Ethiopian Catholic Church, the Greek Catholic Church, the Maronite Catholic Church, the Assyrian Catholic Church, and many more, none of which celebrate the Roman rite, but all of which are in union with the Pope.
Many of them have many misunderstandings about what the Church teaches.
No, many non-Catholics as well as non-Christians were inspired by her. This is evident in many of the awards won by her over the years, many from secular and non-Christian groups.

The Catholic Church is a world-wide institution that has been around for 2,000 years. To get an answer to your question, you are going to have to be a whole lot more specific, like a year and a local, for instance, "What bothered many Catholics in England in the 16th century about the Church?" - putting in your own date, and your own locale.
The Vatican Church has many more years ahead of it as long as people continue to believe in God and are devote Catholics. The Vatican Church has been around since the 16th century.
They are upset because they did not investigate it properly. They are also upset because the catholic church is very crowded. Many are not being taught.
First of all, Catholics are Christian and were the original Christian church. Many Protestant sects believe they have a monopoly on the name Christian (wrongly) so the answer is that yes a married Catholic may remain Catholic regardless of whom they marry.
The Catholic Church has always forbidden Catholics from joining the Masons and that rule has not changed today. Therefore, there are few, if any, Catholics in the Masons and those that are do so in violation of Catholic rulings.
