well... in one of the recent episodes, it shows Lucas's shoes and how they are muddy like Emily's and we already know Emily has been to the memorial; therefore Lucas must of gone as well that night. And when he and Hanna were talking in the hallways, he had to tell her something but she left. Which could mean that he was going to tell her that he wrecked the memorial site or he could just be asking her out. who knows.

When Lucas went to visit Hanna in the hospital, he was wearing all black so that makes me think that it could possibly be him. And when he and her were talking when he brought all that pudding for her, he told her he kissed her on the forehead when she appeared to be sleeping. And then she told him how she had a bf and Lucas didn't like that at all. so he lost his temper. However, when Aria, Emily, & Spencer go to visit Hanna, they see that "A" had written, "Sorry i lost my temper.

Then, in the book, it says that Mona found Ali's diary when the boxes were being moved out of Maya's room so she picked it up and is now texting the girls as A. (the driver in the car that hit Hanna is Mona).
