IMO, both makes are well made, rugged, dependable, and a great choice. Go drive both makes and one will for sure suit you better than the other. You cannot go wrong with either Ford or Chevy.
Chevy trucks suck because they are engineered and built by people Ford wouldn't hire.
Alot of them did and alot of them didn't. Most of the time it was a special order from the factory when the truck was being built.
Today the best trucks have more features and are more comfortable and the best trucks were built by the Americans.
Probably somewhat, yes. More time and care was spent building them, and they were built here, in the U.S. with parts also made in the U.S.
They are full time 4x4 but the chassis and suspension is not built for rugged off roading.

Just some of them. According to the company, "[there is] a plant in Mexico where the Peterbilt 320 series trucks are built for a variety of uses, from dump trucks to side loaders".
John Deere is widely known to make a line of bucket trucks. They also manufacture bulldozers and excavating machines. Most bucket trucks are built on trucks made by Ford, Chevy, etc. They are then modified to be a bucket truck. Altec and Terex are two brands.
Not all trucks are built with a trailer harness plug. If you can not find one, then your truck does not have one and you need to install one.
Henry Ford
Yes as long as it is early ford . Chevy has built in regulator and is a better way to price wise as compared to a 3g conversion.
There is absolutely no comparison, the Honda is way way way better. More reliable, better built all the way around.
