A German Shepherd would be better suited to an active person who want an excellent companion that can also guard and look after the home.
A German Shepherd is also less snappy and has fewer problems than a Yorkshire Terrier.
A Yorkie is better of for an older person wishing to take her pet around the block for thirty minutes a day and to have a lap dog and one to pamper and take to the groomers.

∙ 12y agoAlthough German Shepherds are fast dogs, Greyhounds were bred for pure speed ad so are almost always faster than German Shepherds (hence why they are used for racing).
