Bishop Jeptah Aguas-Aniceto aka Datu Mahumanoy is the current Bishop of the Eparchy of Mindanao, Eastern Catholic Church in the Philippines belonging to the the Syrian-Chaldean Orthodox Apostolic and Canonical line. He is also the Superior-Protector of the NEO-MONASTIC community of St. Francis and the Dean of Stratford Divinity School in South Cotobato, Philippines.
He is also an active Socio-economic Scientist, Microfinance Practitioner and an Electrical Consumer Advocate.
On 10 May 2010, he was baptized as DATU MAHUMANOY (or the Great Spirit) of the Manobo, Bagobo-Obo tribe of Tamayong District, Davao and was also adopted into the Matigsalog Tribe of Sinuda, Bukidon, and B'laan Tribe of Tampakan, Cotobato.
He was a Theological Scholar in Harvard Divinity School, SLI 2003. He founded the "Theology of Land" (Adamah, a phenomenological perspective of Filipino about Land) and "Werkzuegmaschine. He underwent special training in Microfinance at the Brigham Young University.
He took his Existential and Phenomenological Studies in the Society of the Divine Word. He also had his MBA at the University of Nueva Caceres, and MDiv at the Union Theological Seminary and Wesley Divinity School during his Protestant days.
He is the also the inventor of the Modified Stokes Beneficiation Process of Siruma Clay, discompounding the material into a 99.9% Silica and China Clay in the Philippines and Head Consultant of the Deuterium Energy Studies of the Hon. Imelda R. Marcos.
He is presently doing Anthropological Theology in East Africa, finishing his research on Theology of Land and Epistemology. He is also heavily involved with Cavendish, Pineapple, Coffee and Hydrophonics Horticulture.

Datu Mahumanoy " The Great Spirit";is a Manuvu-Bagobo Tribal Datu, of the Ubo-Ata/ Clata Tribe of Ittas Clan and Sicao Clan and of the Matigsalog Tribe of Bukidnon and Davao. He was crowned as part of the Royal lineage of Shariff Mamalo on May 4, 2010 at Malagos, Baguio District by Apo Ernesto Sicao, Apo Maximo Gabao and witnessed by Bae's Digna Naraval and Sicao.The Descendants of Mamalo crowned him for his relentless effort and unselfish service he rendered as a Missionary and as a Community Development Scientist, which the Tribe needed during the trying times in the Davao-Bukidnon mountain ranges. The Datu has championed their cause for identity that opened the reconstruction of unification of the Tribes of Mamalo and Tabunaway. Hiss prolific presence has upset the political environment of Davao, which led to his political persecution.The crowning of Mahumanoy, further, has displeased the Holy Greek Orthodox of Russian, Constantinople and Antioch, where we served as Vicar-General of Mindanao. The crowning became the reason for Orthodox Church to turn the table against him because of his candor and political convictions. Thus, Orthodoxy defructed the Bishop and stripped him of his ecclesiastical duties.Though the Syrian-Chaldean Orthodox Church took him after as Mindanao Archbishop, the Datu, as a Harvard Philosopher and Theologian, continued his spiritual journey. He knew that his spirit is anchored in Mindanao, which he calls his home.On December 24, 2010, Datu Mahumanoy came home from Nairobi spearheading the first MOBILE PHONE technology in Asia, MOBIKASH. With his British and Filipino technical team, He advance the technology further, responding to the asian financial and economic situation. Scientific and Technology work has always been Mahumanoys' interest. He was the head of the Dueterium project of the Hon. Imelda Marcos and the Inventor of the Siruma Clay Beneficiation Process in the Philippines.Through these activities, the Muslim horizon has opened new doors that brought Mahumanoy to lead the reconstruction of the House of Shariff Tabunaway. He is active in archeological work, verifications of islamic religious artifact and political activities. March 2011, he founded the UMMAH Muslim Brotherhood.On February 5, 2011, he has declared himself as a Muslim. Making a 360 degree shift of his theological precepts. This led to his adoption in the Maranao Royalty. The Royal family of the Sultan Usman Tantao Sarangani of Madalum, and Bai al abi Cadijha Mindalano Sumanca of the House of Tabunaway, legally adopted him as son, together with his wife and children.Mahumanoy originally hailed from Tambubong of the Kingdom of Tondo, House of Dionisio (Malabon City, Manila).
