John Evans Atta Mills was born July 21 1944 and in Tarkwa located in the western region of Ghuana. He was educated at Achimota school. He is married to Ernestina Naadu Mills, an educator and has a 19 year old son. He is the current president of Ghana. He was inaugurated on January 7,2009. He was Vice President from 1997 to 2001 under President Jerrry Rawlings.
