Madhara waduge is a good writer in Sri Lanka. she is wife of sujeewa prasannarachi. she's father is earnest waduge. and she has two dauters. there names are Devmini prasannaarachchi and Bandhana prasannaarachchi.

Well to start.. Her career choice and her journey to where she started back at home. Every since she could remember she was greatly influenced and always looked up to her father - Earnest Waduge. He has played many roles throughout his career: Senior Journalist, Film Director & Novelist. It came as no surprise that after her studies she too followed his foot steps and kick started her career as a journalist.

Madhara's first stepping stone to her career started as a feature write and editor for Rasa, Birida & Suwanda Magazines. Through her work in these magazines she gained immense support from her readers and was awarded the prestigious award of ;Most Famous Journalist twice.

Along these days she met her husband - Sujeewa Prasannaarachchi, They felt as though they were a match made in heaven as apart from there personal compatibility they were companions in there careers too. He known as the most popular novelist in Sri Lanka. And they got married which turned the next chapter of Madhara's life..

Together they created our own publishing company - Madhara Books where they published all the novels in house. Currently Madhara acting as the Managing Director at Madhara Books.

With the exposure the gained with our Publication Company we then moved on to our next achievement - Madhara News Papers (Pvt) Ltd. This is in here that the accomplished many milestones, they were able to grow there company to be among the TOP 5 most powerful newspaper companies in Sri Lanka. They created many Magazines that earned a massive readership of Sinhala readers, Niramala, Bhawana, Sandharajini, Kusum, English Sir, Kema are names of few where she was the Editor-in-Chief. Currently Madhara acting as the Managing Director.

As the time passed they realized we need to evolve with the changing times and cater to the internet age and the needs of there target readership. For the first time in Sri Lankan Sinhala Magazine Industry they digitalized there platform and developed two Mobile Apps - Mosam & Komal. Giving there readers the ability to now read and listen to all there publications at their finger tips with few taps. They were able to reach Apple Trending No.1 position. They are forever grateful to our readers for being our pillars of strength throughout this journey.
