well, public and private is more PUBLIC but you get better People skills when you homeschool :)
no they wont have to take a test because they just wont have too. but if your child has been home schooled they will be lacking in social skills and the school environment will be much harder than it would be if they started in school.
http://kathrynvercillo.hubpages.com/hub/Homeschool-vs.-Public-School-vs.-Private-School will show you all the pros and cons of homeschooling, private schools and public school. It does at one point say that home schooled children are more isolated than others because of lack of a larger social group.
As data from studies can be manipulated to support a result, there have been a variety of conflicting studies. However, most studies show that social skills of home schooled students are almost the same as non-home schooled students in adolescents who have good exposure to other kids through extracurricular activities.
Students who are homeschooled are often socialized with other homeschooled students to broaden their social network. Homeschooling is a perfectly fine alternative to public schools, and students are not isolated from other peers.
This is a subjective and personal decision. Many people feel that children who are home schooled lack social skills. Others feel that public schools are not the right environment for their children and thus prefer to home school them.
Ideally, you should follow a copy of your states recommended curriculum guide for each grade (it's public information - you can get a copy of it). A few years ago, a nationwide survey was done of teachers in public schools who have had children that came to them - usually after sixth or seventh grade. They were asked how the home-schooled kids stacked up. Their responses were remarkably uniform across the board: Home-schooled kids excelled in reading, were very good in math, were weak in social studies, and science was a foreign word to them.
Social obligation and marketing.
socialism
social benefits are social and private benefits are private.
There are no as such social differences for homeschooled children. No home school bounds its students to socialize. Furthermore, it purely depends on the child if he/she is interested in making friends or not. There are many other ways to socialize like going out, making friends etc. It is a complete misconception that home schooled kids have no opportunity to be social. I know a friend of mine studying from UK open college and he has several friends. He is more knowledgeable and confidant because at home he has no disturbance in learning and when it comes to interacting with others he has made himself capable for that too. So what a child needs is a guidance, if you guide your child properly then I must say there would not be any hurdle for him to get social. Hence, it will change your concept of social difference too.
Being homeschooled rather than attending a public or private school won't affect your chances of becoming a veterinarian. You will need to take all the courses needed to graduate high school (math, science, English, social studies) and then be accepted to a college for undergraduate work. If you have the option of taking advanced math and science classes such as Calculus, Physics and Chemistry this would be a good idea, as you will need to take more advanced courses in math and science in college to apply to vet school.
Public and private, national and local, and cultural and religious are ways of describing Suriname's social structures.Specifically, social structures are the opportunities available for people to mingle and societies to mix. Public and national structures tend to be administrative, educational and governmental in nature. Private structures tend to be cultural or social in nature and local in scope.
