Plumpy is the fuzzy green guy with the big mustach and a purple necklace with a plum on it (and no pants, I might add - not unlike Porky Pig) from the game Candyland. The picture card with his likeness on it sends you almost all the way back to the biginning of the game. It is the worst card you can pull from the stack. In 2002, Hasbro eliminated Plumpy for a warmer kinder picture of a grandmotherly type of character.
