The implies that management can be moved from one organization to another. example. a banker who deals on cash transactions daily moved to engineering firm. environment may change but the skills remain the same at all level of management.
Management needs the overseeing of some actions which are not always done together but they instead need one step to be done before another can begin. Good management involves timely ordering of each task and ensuring that one milestone is achieved before another task can begin.
