Terranort is, as you may have guessed, Terras body possessed by Master Xehanort. He takes over Terras body in order to have a younger, stronger body to help bring about the next Great Keyblade War. This "Terranort" later becomes Ansem (Heartless) and Xemnas (Nobody) due to Ansem the Wise's experiments. He is a powerful foe and have you cursing his name for quite some time.

How do you beat terranort with terra in Birth by Sleep?

just keep blocking and countering, make sure you install the health recovering block ... that's all i can say. i keep getting him down to the last health bar but then my timing with the commands gets all screwed up... frustrating...

I'm a level 42. How do can I beat terranort with terra in Birth by Sleep?

To begin with, make sure you have Counter Hammer equipped in your deck. This comes in handy if you want to deal some damage to Terra-Xehanort. Also have Second chance and the Once more abilities for installed for keeps. A boost in max HP is also recommended. When the battle begins, he will use Dark Haze and begin dashing around the battlefield. Retaliate with a Guard and follow through with a Counter Hammer. This will cause him to warp away after he takes some damage. He will then use an attack similar to Terra's Ars Solum. Block and use a Counter Hammer. Following , he will use Dark Volley. Make sure you are locked on first then block so damage will be dealt to him, not away from him. As Terranort's HP begins to dwindle, his true power will be revealed. He will use a variation of the Meteor spell. This will cause several rocks to come from the ground, so be careful where you stand. This can be guarded with a well timed block, so be prepared. He will also summon a large meteor or use Quake when a player is at close range. Terranort will also use the Dark Impulse Command Style. You can't guard this attack, but you can dodge. He will disappear into the ground as a pool of darkness. This attack requires precise timing to dodge. Slide out of the way as the pool of darkness is and inch away from you. It will not always work, but you will avoid suffering massive damage. He lastly will have access to the deadliest attack in his arsenal, Terra's Ultima Cannon Shotlock. Terra-Xehanort will enlarge the keyblade and charge its power, firing a single, large orb of energy to hit the player. This attack will deal a great amount of damage, and cannot be defended against with Guard, but can can be avoided by staying to the side while staying far away from the boss, so you're not it it's path. He also teleports frequently when HP is low. This battle against Terranort is all about an equal balance of defense and offense. Defensive abilities should be used which will then link to an offensive attack, such as the Guard and Counter Hammer. This way, most damage is avoided while the player can still deal heavy damage to the boss. Be aware that when you use Curaga, he can also heal himself making the battle last much longer than you think. Patience is the key to this battle. As long as the strategies above are followed, Terranort will fall with ease and Terra's story will be completed.

What happens to Terra in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep?

**SPOILER WARNING** Terra is sent out to find Master Xehanort and the source of the Unverse under orders from Master Eraqus. In the process, he is manipulated into doing terrible things by many people. This manipulated into killing Master Eraqus, and he leaves the Land of Departure unprotected for Master Xehanort to destroy. He then confronts Master Xehanort and fights him in The Keyblade Graveyard. After Vanitas creates the x-blade, Master Xehanort stabs himself with the keyblade and forces his heart into Terra's body. Master Xehanort manages to take over Terra's body, but Terra wont accept it. His armor rises from his will and soul, and attempts to reclaim his body. He manages to defeat Master Xehanort, but after the x-blade shattered, the body was lost in the confusion, and the armor-known as Lingering Sentiment- remained in the Keyblade Graveyard. Afterwords, Aqua confronts 'Terranort' (Master Xehanort possessing Terra's body) in Radiant Garden, and she tries to reclaim his body. In the end of the fight, Terra tries to eject Master Xehanort from his body by stabbing himself with the keyblade. This opens a dark portal which Terranort begins to fall into. Aqua rescues him, but is lost in the darkness, and Terranort is left knocked out in Radiant Garden. Braig then brings Ansem the Wise to see the knocked out man, and Ansem the Wise adopts the man as an apprentice. Ever since then, he's been called Xehanort, and has been the main villain of the series up until now. (Mind blowing, right?)
