There are two Norse gods associated with justice.

Forseti is the son of Baldur and Nanna, and is a great judge. He can reconcile all arguing people.

In modern times Tyr, the God of War, has been associated with justice, but there aren't sources that support that.

Tyr is the Norse god of justice and law, known for his bravery and sense of duty. He sacrificed his hand to bind the wolf Fenrir, demonstrating his willingness to uphold justice even at great personal cost.
