I THINK It is Justin Bieber, because it is written in first person. This is usually the format for autobiographies, a biography wriitten by the actual person. In a plain biography, it would say "Bieber", "Justin", "Justin Bieber", etc. but in this book, it says "me", "I", etc. It still could be written by another person, but it would probably be illegal to act like he is Justin Bieber in a published book. so therefor, the author is most likely to be the real Justin Bieber. The only thing that confuses me is that on the cover it says, "100% official" which is usually what posers say to get people to believe them. So, the author is probably Justin Bieber himself.
