Strictly speaking, Perse is not a goddess. She was an Oceanid, an ocean nymph, and the daughter of Okeanos and Tethys. She was also the wife of Helios and was indicative of sunlight playing on the water.
The greek goddess Perse was married to Helios, the god of the sun. She had several children and one of the very well known son, Pasiphae, who fell from his father's golden chariot and died was one of the son's of Perse. So, basically she did have a son.
Persephone does not relate to a phone but was mentioned in Greek mythology a theoretically beautiful woman who then later on became the queen of the underworld as she married Hades (the god of the underworld)
