Moses
He is viewed as a main religious figure in both the catholic and Jewish religion, who brought the Hebrews out of Egypt.
The Jewish festivals associated with the Moses story are Passover (celebrating the Exodus from Egypt), Shavuot (commemorating the giving of the Torah at Mount Sinai), and Sukkot (recalling the wandering in the desert).
The main holidays/high holidays in Judaism are Yom Kippur (the day of atonement), Rosh Hashanah (Jewish New Year). They are the two most important days in the Jewish calendar. There other main holidays are mostly agreed to be Pesach (Passover) and Sukkot (Feast of the tabernacle{a festival for the harvest}) both of which are 7 days in duration. Hanukkah whilst an enjoyable festival is considered a minor festival within Judaism.

There are many. There's Yom Kippur, the day of atonement. There's Rosh Hashannah, the Jewish New Year and there is Simcha Torah, where Jews celebrate the ending and beginning of the Torah readings for the new year. Then there are celebrations such as Chanukkah and Pesach (Passover) which are mainly the same ideas. Chanukkah celebrates the Jews winning a battle (or war.. i forget) and Pesach celebrates the Jews escaping Egypt. These are just the main holidays, there are many more.
It's not. The main focal point of Jewish worship is G-d.
Food is one of the main parts of the Jewish faith.
Christmas is important to Christians because it is the day Christ (Jesus) was born. Jesus is the main figure in Christianity (which is why it is called CHRIST MAS. Although Christmas is a Christian celebration, a lot of non Christians celebrate it as a secular holiday.
