2- Timothy Dalton.
Plays Rassilon.
Timothy Dalton is the most high-profile actor so far to star in Doctor Who. He is most famous for his role as James Bond. His voice was used in a trailer for the episode, which gave the hint away to most fans.

Previous AnswerWell i am not totally sure but a photograph has been leaked onto the internet of Timothy Dalton and also in a Doctor who magazine from the paper and Exclusive Collector's Edition, It says exactly this:
'Russel T Davies had hinted that this year will be no different, and that if we listen very carefully to the voiceover on the trailer for The End of Time, we might be able to guess who the big name is.'
The trailer can be found on youtube but is in much better quality on the Doctor who website. They voiceover from the trailer is said to be Timothy Dalton by people online. None of them know for sure but if you can find a clip of Timothy Dalton on youtube and compare it with the voiceover in the trailer they you can have some idea of the truth.
Anyway i think we should all just wait until Christmas Day 6:00pm and New years day 6:40pm to find out exactly what we want to know. Enjoy the episode! :D
