Without more specific information, it is difficult to determine the exact person who provided the voice for an Alltel commercial. It sounds more like Neil Cavuto of Fox Business News. He's the only man, I've heard , with a raspy voice like that.
Personally, I think the dollar bill in the new McDonalds commercial sounds more like either Chaz Palmenteri or Joe Montagna. Just sayin'
Markets are filled with lots of baby brands. From 2 years it has been seen that Johnson & johnson baby products sales have been declined as new moms are shifting more to organic side. These days Ayurvedic products are used such as Mother Sparsh brand products. They are free from parabens and are very safe for new baby's skin.
I believe that he will be famous because he is cute, has a fantastic voice, is now confident in himself, and is more commercial than Crystal Bowersox.

The unborn baby has become familiarized with your voice and touch. While, for 9 months, she is completely attached to you at all times, she sees her father for limited times. The hearing sense of a baby begins to develop 4 weeks into the pregnancy, as its' ears develop. She becomes accustomed to your voice. Before even being born, she will begin to recognize your voice. It used to be believed that babies were born deaf and blind. This, however, has been proved false. The only reason your baby is responding to you is because she is more familiar with your and your touch and voice. Once the baby is born, she will develop a sense of familiarity with both the mother and the father.
Unborn babies react to the sound of their father's voice, in the womb, and after birth will turn to their father's voice over another man's voice. There is no way for a fetus to know that a specific male voice belongs to the biological father. It is more likely that, after birth, the male voice that is heard most often by the baby and that becomes associated with pleasure (feeding, being picked up, etc.) will contribute to the initial bonding that occurs, and that will strengthen over time, between baby and father. Later, visual cues will add further strength to the original bonding.
