It's about time for Ms. Arroyo to step down from her position and replace a sincere, character-driven president who has high level of integrity, honesty, and loyalty. A president who oversees the welfare of his people and the betterment of the country. Someone who has full capacity, intellectually and morally, to lead a hot-bed-of-corruption country and bring to its glorious days.
