The Hitachiin twins typially refer to Tamaki Suou as 'tono'. Because of the fact that he is their club 'King' and 'tono' roughly translated means 'lord' or 'master'. It doesn't neccesarily mean that they think he is noble, but it is rather between the lines of SAN and SAMA in the terms of Japanese respect. ! ;D
