If you mean Judas Iscariot, the disciple of Jesus: no. The gospels are pretty clear that he died. (They're collectively a little fuzzier on exactly how he died and what happened to his body afterward, but there's a general agreement on the "Judas: Dead" part.) Believing that he was still alive means you have to disbelieve the gospels, which are essentially the only indications we have that he ever lived in the first place.
