the British king in the 1600's
i hope that helps:)
Of course. ALL civilized nations of the world (and even some "un-civilized" ones), all have a codified rule of law. This has been true since ancient civilizations to present. When people immigrate, they bring their knowledge of former rules and laws with them. In the case of Colonial America, settlers were under British rule, so the colonists brought British rule and rules with them. If they were not from Britain, people were expected to adapt to British laws. However, British colonists finally had enough of British taxes and revolted. When the colonists made their own government and laws, people were expected to adapt to the rules and laws of The United States of America. This remains true today. (And immigrants to other countries are expected to follow their laws.)
Laws in Zimbabwe are made by Parliament. Parliament sets laws that meet a certain set of standards and will benefit people of all economic levels and professions.
Paul Revere made a midnight run to warn the people of Lexington and Concord. He cried to them, "The British are Coming, The British are Coming!" He never reached Concord, but told all of Lexington.

Oliver Cromwell. He was a Puritan who took over the British throne by force and made anything that was "fun" against the law. All of his laws were undone when the throne was returned to the rightful British monarch.
All of them, primarily Massachusetts
Because laws are made in every subject. If there were no laws, people could go around killing people all the time. If there were no laws, there wouldn't be a tax on anything and taxes pay for people's jobs. If we don't have money, then we don't have food to live. There are many reasons we need laws.
The U.S. Constitution and the U.S. Congress make laws that apply to all U.S. states and then the Pennsylvania Congress or Legislature has made all of its own laws as well.
The laws made by Congress usually begin in Committees.
