The red "close print preview" button will return you to editing mode
A screen shot can be taken by pressing the print screen key. This would allow a user to capture the entire display of the computer monitor.

If you notice errors in your document during print preview, you need to exit the print preview mode and return to the document editing view. From there, you can make the necessary corrections. Once you have fixed the errors, you can save the document and then access the print preview again to ensure everything looks correct before printing.

If you recieve your report cards electronically, you should be able to save, download, or copy to a word document, you can then open locally on your computer, File>Print. If you can fit all results on the screen, you can print a screenshot by pressing Print Screen, pasting into a word document [or open office if you use the better, free software] and print that image. You may have to crop out your task bar and such, but it will work.

Any page of text on a Mac can be saved as a PDF by selecting Print from the File menu (or pressing the command key cmd and P) and then selecting Save as PDF from the PDF options in the Print dialogue window.
