Page preview is viewing the page as it would appear before it has been printed or displayed. This is common before printing a document.
Printer preview is used to see what the document will look like when printed onto paper. It allows the user to make any changes to the document before using the printer.
The preview holds less detail than the the real scan, but allows you to see the arrangement, before committing to scan the document to a file.
Most (if not all) word processors have a print preview option that allows you to see what a document will look like when you print it. Also, I believe the box that pops up when you click print has a print preview choice.
To print a document after previewing, you typically use a printer connected to your computer or device. After ensuring the document looks correct in the print preview, you can select the "Print" option, choose the desired printer, and adjust any settings such as the number of copies or page orientation before finalizing the print job.
The "Print Preview" feature allows you to see how a document will look when it is printed. This feature shows you a representation of the document as it will appear on the printed page, including layout, margins, and spacing. It helps you ensure that the document is formatted correctly before sending it to the printer.
Normally every program (Windows based) has a print preview option. If you look at the top left corner of the window that you are trying to print, there is a File drop-down menu. Click File-Print Preview; it's right above the Print and Exit options.
To preview is to look at something, often before it is finished. You can use Print Preview in Word to look at what way the document would appear on a printed page. You can then adjust it and do things like change margins to adjust how the page will look. This is done before printing, saving you printing a few versions before getting one you are happy with. You can use Print Preview to do that for you, and when you are happy you can then print it.
