Bleach un-mixed with water in a spray bottle will turn black as it corrodes the spring mechanism of the sprayer. It oxidizes the metal. Mixed with water, the bleach should not do this.
If your going by brand I like to use Clorox
No, I don't think so. Plastics can be extremely absorbant. For example, have you ever heated a bowl of tomato soup, or marinara sauce, in a clear plastic container in the microwave? What happens? That's right: the clear plastic container turns orange from the soup. The plastic absorbs tiny particles of the soup. So, even if you scrub the Clorox container with soap and water, chances are, some of the chemicals have been absorbed into the plastic. Then the turtles will breathe in and/or ingest these dangerous chemicals.
Cleaning products usually contain ammonia.

Yes. It's printed on the container
Ammonia has 3 hydrogens: NH3. It depends on the bleach you are talking about, Clorox has none.
It would be a bad idea to store drinking water in a Clorox bottle. Don't cause confusion by putting something safe to drink in a poison container. It could lead to tasting/drinking actual Clorox by mistake.

One should not mix Clorox Clean- Up or any type of bleach with ammonia as this causes toxic gases to be released. Combining bleach with ammonia can serious reactions.
I think it says on the container the amount of sodium hydroxide found Clorox
No, they are not the same thing. Clorox bleach is a solution of either sodium hypochlorite (NaClO) or calcium hypochlorite (Ca(ClO)2). Household ammonia is an ammonia solution, or NH3. If you mix ammonia and bleach, you will produce toxic fumes.
