I assume your single action is pre-war ? If so, then made about 1907. As to the caliber, check markings on barrel. that should give the caliber.......

This model was manufactured from 1973 to 1978 by Erma Werke in West Germany for Ithaca.
Without a detailed description of all markings, features, barrel length, finish, caliber/gauge, type of action, sights and any papers/accessories, there is no way to tell.
