There is no answer for sure, but it is a speculated possibility that Bane will be using venom in this movie. In the first Movie "Batman Begins" Bruce Wayne receives his training from Ra's al Ghul and the league of shadows. In his training they used a hallucinogenic flower. Since it the director was willing to use this idea, it's possible that he may be willing to use the idea of venom as long as he explains how it came in to the picture. It is also thought that Bane will be aligned with the league of shadows who may supply the venom which could be administered through his breathing apparatus.
no they are rebooting batman in justice league
batmanATMANEveryone knows Batman as the Dark Knight who strikes terror into the hearts of criminals in Gotham City, but in the Justice League we discover another facet of this mysterious caped crusader. Although he has no superpowers of his own, Batman is often the key to Justice League victories.Backed by Bruce Wayne's vast personal fortune and the scientific resources of Wayne Enterprises, Batman has access to all kinds of weapons and technology, from prototype hyperdrive vehicles to deep-space bat suits. But Batman is uncomfortable in the glare of the public spotlight. He prefers to work alone in the shadows, only joining a Justice League operation when absolutely necessary. When he does commit to helping the League, he brings to it the same fierce determination that he does to his own crusades against crime. Batman's grim attitude often rubs his teammates the wrong way, but he earns their respect with his unwavering dedication to justice.
