Editing, sorting, and producing all of the film that is to be

kept and used in a film or video production is a big job. After

filming is completed, scrap film is usually thrown away or kept in

an archive of somesort (physical or digital, depending on the type

of film used). Then, it's up to both the director, storyboard

writers, and the Director to finish the task. Using the remaining

selected film, the this team puts the shots in order, overdubs any

video or audio in post-production, edits and produces the final

product.
