Since nobody really knows the real reason for this we have to look to general reasons why this might happen.

  • Historically there have been 20 attempted assassinations of presidents in USA. somebody who is insane might consider that to be reason alone to attempt to kill another one. In truth a person with a psychological problem would need no reason to assassinate other than the target was well known. Richard Lawrence killed Andrew Jackson and spent the rest of his life in a mental asylum.
  • To stop a particular political policy or agenda.
  • Revenge, as in the assassination by Booth of President Lincoln. Booth being a confederate sympathiser.
  • In error, as in the case of Roosavelt who some researchers think was killed by the Mafia who were really targeting the Mayor.

The most obvious of these is to stop a political agenda or policy, and it is probably this reason that JFK was murdered. If we believe that Lee Harvey Oswald was the perpetrator, or at least involved in a conspiracy then the reason is probably to further the cause of communism in USA.

If you don't think that Lee Harvey Oswald was the assasin (or at least involved in the conspiracy) then write abook about your theories and you could make lots of money. I'm just waiting for the JFK was an alien being version right now.
