Absolutely! Marriage and the longevity of so is huge ! The children should absolutely acknowledge their parents love, devotion and tenacity…. No doubt , kids always put a strain on marriages and should be grateful and congratulatory to their parents! Always, take time to acknowledge others’ milestones, especially, when you love them!

Answer:

There is no need to. If the family traditionally has done this they may wish to continue the tradition, if the family is not of this persuasion there isn't a compulsion to. If the family is dysfunctional it is unlikely that either side would extend the effort.

Who is responsible for planning and paying for a 25th wedding anniversary party?

My husband and I had our 25th Silver Wedding Anniversary party over 10 years ago and said our vows over again. We paid for it ourselves as we wanted all our friends to share in our happiness. If the older children in the family want to have this event then the costs should be divided amongst the siblings and the parents pay nothing.

Should wedding money be returned to parents if wedding is canceled?

If the parents have paid for the wedding and reception and the wedding is canceled and the bride does not have the funds to pay her parents back for the expense then unfortunately the parents are stuck with the bill. If the bride can afford it then yes, she should offer to pay it back. The parents may decide not to take the money or they may be happy to receive it. If the parents gave the bride and groom money before the wedding to put towards a honeymoon; towards a house, etc., then yes, the check or money should be given back to the parents.

What are the gifts for each wedding anniversary?

== == Appropriate anniversary gift giving for the first, fifth, tenth, fifteenth, twentieth, twenty-fifth and fiftieth years of marriage. Gifts in the early years of marriage were small remembrances, or tokens, such as paper (1st), wood (5th), and tin (10th). In later years of matrimony, gifts gained value, including crystal (15th), china (20th), silver (25th) and gold (50th). The light-hearted nature of early anniversary gift giving, saying "the paper, wooden and tin presents are seldom anything but jokes but, still mean something to many people.
