Unlike text messaging, deciding justice can be rather difficult as determining what is righteous can be interpreted in many ways by humans. However, as a society, we can decide such things. The people who decide justice are the people who interpret the law and act accordingly to decide what the law means in a certain context. In a courtroom, this means people like the jury and judge as they are the ones who find out who the real criminals are; and are the ones we as a society rely on to uncover the truth. Sure the justice system can be slow at times, but it is that system that we have built to decide where the hammer of justice falls.
