During the run-up to the 2016 presidential election, there were three verifications by the Hawaii Department of Health of the birth certificate that President Obama posted on the White House website. One was requested by the Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett and published online. One was requested by Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach and published online. The third was requested by an attorney for the Mississippi Democratic Party in the federal lawsuit Taitz v. Democrat Party of Mississippi and filed in federal court. The various requests for verification were worded differently, requesting that different data items on the certificate be verified. The Mississippi verification requested that all data items on the White House certificate be verified. All the verifications were signed by Alvin Onaka the state registrar of Hawaii, and sealed with the seal of the State of Hawaii.
To this day, the Hawaii Department maintains a FAQ about Obama's birth in Hawaii, including official statements of the Department of Health, that includes the statement:
"On April 27, 2011 President Barack Obama posted a certified copy of his original Certificate of Live Birth."
--2nd opinion--
While they indicate that they have such a certificate, the Hawaii Department of Health has not verified the contents of that document. At the time of Obama's birth, Hawaii allowed parents, grandparents, etc to provide verbal testimony of a birth and many of those occurred overseas. Without hospital documentation, there is no way to verify the information.
Everybody has a birth certificate. but its been a couple thousand years and I'm pretty sure there's no birth certificate this present day. Make one up if you need it for a class project. Fake birth certificate >open web browser to google> search "birth certificate format"> click on one of the links> open word docuement> copy & paste> print> fill it out> make copy to look like it was printed long ago. :)
Some people take their aunts for instance and say their there mom because their mom wont let them get it done... So the tattoo parlors ask for their birth certificate so they will know that their parents are there.
barack obamas
The only people being verified on Instagram are public figure, celebrities and brands. It's not currently possible for individuals to request a verified badge.
If verified as is being seen today, it could be in Canada. can't answer for sure as it is being verified by art museum.
Yes, and has been verified as such by the HI Department of Health.
Yes. He certainly does. He has a birth certificate that has repeatedly been verified as legitimate, and that shows he was in fact born in Hawaii in 1961.
you can verify the certificate from the site
The US constitution requires that the president is a natural born US citizen, some people implied that he was an immigrant, his birth certificate however proves he is eligible to hold the office of President as specified by the constitution. There was and is no issue, it was used in attempts to discredit Barack Obama.
His birth certificate has been seen many times, and verified by numerous people, including journalists, governors from both parties, and various family friends. Although the "Birthers" insist he was not born in the USA, everyone else knows that the state of Hawaii has his birth certificate on file, and there is ample proof he is in fact an American.
The authorized birth certificate may refer to the Original birth certificate rather than the Copy of the Birth Certificate.
It is a myth that the president hasn't released his birth certificate. He has. Many times. It has been verified (both the Certificate of Live Birth and the Long-Form Birth Certificate) and shown to be legitimate by officials in Hawaii, where he was born. Journalists have seen it. Fact-checkers have seen it. Politicians from both parties have seen it. But there are a group of people called Birthers who refuse to accept the fact that the president was born in Hawaii, no matter how much credible evidence and verification is presented.
There is no evidence to support the claim that Barack Obama's birth certificate from Hawaii is fake. The conspiracy theory surrounding his birthplace has been debunked multiple times. The cost of obtaining a certified copy of a birth certificate in Hawaii is typically around $10.
Why would you want to sign a birth certificate?
Obviously hes not ony a citizen but he was born in the USA and has a USA birth certificate. Otherwise, he would be unable to run for president.
No. Birth and Adoption certificate are different
