in 1508 Henry VII was Monarch of England -he was Henry Tudor Duke of Richmond son of Margaret Beaufort - heiress to the Duchy of Lancaster fortunes and the richest woman in England -

Henry had only a slender claim to the English throne through his mother whose claim was through an illegitimate child of John of Gaunt by his mistress Kathryn Swynford whom he later married , legitimising their children and giving then the title Beaufort -

Henry Tudor won the battle of Bosworth when Richard III was killed and claimed the throne by right of battle -

His wife was Elizabeth of York daughter of Edward IV - she was the only English queen to have been a daughter a King ( Edward IV), sister of a king ( Edward V who with his brother Richard of York disappeared from the Tower of London), niece of a King (Richard III), and wife of a King -Henry VII. She was also mother of Henry VIII and grandmother to Queen Mary I, Elizabeth I and Edward VI.

Henry died in April 1509 and his son Henry VIII took the crown.

Is King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella the king and queen of England?

Ferdinand and Isabella are the King and Queen of Spain (technically, of Aragon and Castile)... if you live in the late 15th or early 16th century. The current (2011) Queen of England is Elizabeth II. She's Queen Regnant, so at the moment there is no King of England.
