King George III led it the Parliament in 1776. Not every member has been recorded.
The colonists that would have been unlikely to hold grievances against the British in 1775 would be the Tories. They were loyal to the king. In fact, many of them moved to Canada during the Revolutionary War.
In April of 1775, the British Army marched to Lexington and Concord in Massachusetts. A battle ensued with many deaths and injuries.

The battle of Lexington was on Lexington Green, Massachusetts on April 19th 1775 between the rebels and the government forces. British won.
The stamp act of 1775 was the first set of taxes the British colonies were forced to pay. The colonies governed themselves, but had no representation in England. Many thought the King was overstepping his boundaries. This eventually led to the Revolutionary war.
